Policies:
We want your stay to be comfortable and fun. We have just a few guidelines that will enable us to offer all our guests a great stay. Contact BeeGee now
  • No smoking in any of the rooms. We have covered patios and you may smoke outside.
  • No fish cleaning on the property.
  • If you ask us to hold your room and give us a credit card to do so, we charge the card the amount of your first night's lodging for minimum stays or for weekly stays, the booking amount will equal two nights' lodging amount to hold your reservation (for each room). If you are booking for the winter at a monthly rate, the amount of your booking deposit varies according to the property. Because our policies state that booking fees are non-refundable, we encourage you to investigate trip insurance. Many companies sell this insurance. A few are: www.insuremytrip.com, American Express.
  • We provide games, bar-b-q's, patio furniture, and many amenities to our guests. If these items or any items from your quarters are missing or damaged after your stay, you will be charged for them.
