During High Season, less than 3 nights you will be charged a cleaning fee. Always 3 day minimum for holidays. The following are considered Holiday periods: Sand Fest, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Whooping Crane Festival, Spring Break, Easter
All bookings require a credit card deposit. If you wish to pay your rental fees with cash, you still must have a credit card for booking fees. Normal booking fees = one nights' rental for stays of 2 or 3 days. For weekly bookings a minimum of $300 is required. We recommend that all guests purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance can be purchased at Insure My Trip www.insuremytrip.com Owners reserve the right to ask for a damage deposit if deemed necessary.
Pets: Good pets are welcomed. Non-refundable pet fees are $10/night per pet. Limit of 2 pets per unit. Damage deposits (refundable) also required.
